Kameradschaft by Valkyrja-Skuld Kameradschaft by Valkyrja-Skuld
Baugnez War Museum, Baugnez/Malmédy, Belgium. [link]

December 44, Battle of the Bulge.
These 2 wounded Waffen-SS soldiers help each other.
They wear the reversible autumn/winter pea dot camo, and combat knifes in their boots.

All of the uniforms, equipment, insignas...displayed in this museum are period, not repros. During their respective retreats, both Allied and German forces left behind huge quantities of equipment, part of it in very good state. True eye-candy!

I guess the soldier on right side is Luftwaffe-man. Just look at his yellow collar-tap. And if I right, he must be a Fallschirmjager.

You might be right! However, his helmet doesn't look like a paratrooper helmet.

No, he is. Because you see his collar tap again. That yellow one is only for the Luftwafffe Pilots and Fallschirmjaeger and later the war, Germans stop to make Paratrooper Helmet and therefore many of reinforced members used regular German army helmet.

Eye-candy indeed! Looks more real than what they have in the Gellért Mountain...
